Roberston Street, Fortitude Valley Mixed Use Development

The Robertson Street mixed use development site was purchased in conjunction with a JV partner in 2021 with plans in place to develop a high-end commercial building incorporating a ground floor café, 112 place childcare centre and 3000m2 of premium grade office space. The the site was sold to a private investor with approvals in place in 2022.
