63 Norbury Street is an existing industrial property located in the industrial hub of Coopers Plains, Brisbane. The property consists of a 2000m2 warehouse leased to Cement Australia with 5000m2 of surplus industrial land. Lumos Group negotiated a new 10-year lease with Cement Australia and subsequently sold to a private investor. The surplus industrial lots were also subdivided and sold to local owner occupiers.
